Cost Analytics Diagnostic

Many organisations track costs and variances well, but they need insight to understand the drivers of costs. In this work package, we analyse your spend and expose the drivers of each bucket – so you can take action on the causes of cost to:

  • Eliminate costly activities through service transformation
  • Re-engineer the way you deliver processes to take out cost
  • Automate costly processes
  • Benchmark and re-negotiate contracts with suppliers

We work with your teams to understand the buckets of cost based on activities (rather than finance expense coding) and map these to the value streams in your business.  We then use AI/ML to inspect the documents to extract drivers and identify key suppliers where more information is required. We benchmark costs per activity/driver where possible against external industry metrics.

  • Priorities & Confidence: identify range of opportunity, risk and dependencies for each use case
  • Develop Roadmap: align on phasing and resourcing of use cases/initiatives
